CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. (NASDAQ: COKE) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2022 of $0.25 per share on shares of the Company's Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable on August 12, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 29, 2022.
