“Il problema di fondo è che è sbagliato il metodo della Quota. Quota 100 è stato un errore: chi ne ha usufruito ha avuto un vantaggio ed è contento ma per l′80% sono uomini, è uno strumento diseguale che discrimina le donne. Secondo me più che il tema della Quota, le due cose da fare sono flessibilità a seconda dei lavori gravosi e poi dare un messaggio importante alle donne con Opzione donna”. Lo dice il segretario del Pd Enrico Letta a Che tempo che fa.
“Combatteremo perché in legge di bilancio il punto essenziale siano le donne e i giovani”.
