The Mechatronics segment produces and distributes industrial, mechanical, and electronic components. It serves the automotive, aerospace, marine, technical articles, wind energy, defense, transport, medical, construction, and signage sectors. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Pesaro, Italy. Biesse S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Bi.Fin. S.r.l.
