It offers payment, business, and savings accounts; payroll services; time and term deposits; home, car, and personal mortgage loans; business loans; overdraft, women's union, teachers and civil servant, and installment unsecured consumer loans; financing for auto dealers, plastic industries, pharmaceutical and medical supplies enterprises, construction and installation enterprises, fisheries export, supply contract, and air ticket agents; and basic loans and refinance services. The company also provides export and import funding services; guarantees; factoring services; life and car insurance products; domestic and overseas money transfer, and overseas emittance services; electronic, internet, and mobile banking services; debit and credit cards; and revenue and expenditure management services. Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
