The company also provides doors and windows for new buildings, extensions, and rehabilitations under the brand name of Uldal; and a range of decorative home lighting products and lampshades under the Aneta brand name. In addition, the company develops, manufactures, and distributes MDF panels for walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and kitchens under the Smartpanel brand name. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Vennesla, Norway. Byggma ASA operates as a subsidiary of Investor As.
