The Property Management segment engages in the letting of premises and land; and the provision of utilities to tenants, including power, water, natural gas, facility services, etc. The Property Development segment is involved in the preparation and implementation of development projects primarily in the field of housing and commercial space. The company was formerly known as Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S and changed its name to Cemat A/S in July 2016. Cemat A/S was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
