NEUCA S.A. engages in the distribution of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies, hospitals, and other outpatient medical care facilities in Poland. It operates through Pharmaceutical Wholesale, Manufacture of Pharmaceuticals, Outpatient Medical Care Clinics, Clinical Trials, and Insurance Activities segments. The company also provides advertising and marketing services; pharmaceutical products under its own brand; clinical trial, agency, financial, road cargo transport, medical practice, software, hospital, property management, scientific research and development, and IT services; clinical and experimental development services in biotechnology; therapeutic research services for new drug and medical product developments; and health, property, and other personal insurance products. In addition, it produces Rx, OTC medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices, and dermo cosmetics; leases intellectual property and related products; retails medical products, such as orthopedic devices; and operates outpatient care clinics. The company was formerly known as Torfarm SA and changed its name to NEUCA S.A. in April 2010. NEUCA S.A. was founded in 1990 and is based in Torun, Poland.
