Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (publ) develops, manufactures, and distributes waterproofing products and services for buildings and infrastructure in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, rest of Europe, and internationally. The company operates in two segments, Products & Solutions, and Installation Services. It offers roofing products for various types of roofing and needs, including flat and pitched roofing waterproofing products, and roofing accessories; building products, such as underlayers, moisture and wind barriers, tarpaulins, geomembranes, and foundation panels; ethylene propylene diene monomer M-class rubber membranes; and prefabricated elements comprising prefabricated construction components, such as facade elements, floor elements, and walls and sandwich wall elements. The company also provides solutions for green infrastructure, such as plant-based surfaces for roofs and facades, as well as for green spaces in urban areas; installation and maintenance services for waterproofing products; and designs and installs solar cells. It serves primarily building suppliers, builders' merchants, small and medium-sized roofing contractors/construction companies, and industrial companies. The company markets its products and solutions under the Mataki, Trebolit, Phønix Tag Materialer, Kerabit, Byggpartner, SealEco, Distri Pond, SPT-Painting, Taasinge Elementer, RVT, EG-Trading, Playgreen, Vesikattopalvelu, Gordon Low, Annebergs Limtrae, Urban Green, and Veg Tech brand names. Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (publ) was founded in 1889 and is headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden.
