NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE: VNO) today announced the pricing of a public offering of $300 million perpetual 4.45% Series O Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, at a price of $25.00 per share, pursuant to an effective registration statement. The offering is expected to close September 22, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company may redeem the Series O Preferred Shares at a redemption price of $25.00 per share on and after September 22, 2026. BofA Securities, J.P. The Company will use the net proceeds for the redemption of its 5.70% Series K Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares pursuant to the terms thereof.

Vornado also announced that it will redeem all of its $300 million 5.70% Series K Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares on October 13, 2021, at a redemption price of $25.00 per share plus accrued and unpaid dividends through the date of redemption. Vornado will incur a charge of $9 million in the third quarter of 2021 from the write-off of issuance costs related to the shares being redeemed.
